This feature enables seamless collaboration between various healthcare professionals, such as providers and scribes, to efficiently update and manage patient care notes.

How can I create an Organization?
An organization can be created by filling in basic details and submitting the form within the application. Once submitted, your organization is instantly set up, allowing you to add users and begin collaborating.
What is the maximum number of users an organization can have?
There is no limit to the number of users you can add. You can include all your organization’s providers and scribes under a single organization for seamless collaboration.
How do I add members to my organization?
To join an organization, users must send a request by entering the unique Org. ID in the app. The organization admin must then approve the request for the user to join.
Can the admin assign roles or permissions to other users in my organization?

How do I remove a user from my organization?
Only the admin can remove a user from the organization in the Organization Info section. Other users can revoke any access or permissions they have granted to others.
What happens to a user’s notes when they leave the organization?
If a user leaves an organization, all access to notes associated with the organization user’s will be revoked. However, the user can still use the application as an individual user.
Can I transfer ownership of the organization to another member?
Yes, you can transfer ownership of the organization to another member, but only the admin can perform this action. The new owner must be a Pro user, as basic users are not eligible to take ownership.
Can I use the app without joining an organization?
Yes, any Pro or Elite user can use the app without joining an organization. However, Basic users need to join an organization in order to use the app.
How can team members collaborate on notes in the organization?
Team members can grant access to their notes to other users within the organization, allowing them to update or edit the notes on their behalf.
Can I delete my organization from QureNote AI?
The admin of a particular organization can delete the organization at any time.
What happens when an organization is deleted? Does it affect other users?
Yes, if an organization is deleted, all access associated with the users will be revoked and deleted. No other users will be able to assign their notes to others for updating on their behalf.
