How does it work?
QureNote AI allows you to choose from default templates or customize your own. When you’re using the AI medical scribe feature, the AI listens to the conversation and fills in the appropriate sections of the selected template (like HPI, ROS, Assessment, Plan, etc.) in real time.

How Do I Create a custom template in QureNote AI?
Creating a custom template in QureNote AI allows you to tailor your documentation style to your specific workflow. Follow the steps below to design a template that fits your clinical needs:
Steps to Create a New Template:
- Go to the Notes Preference Settings section in your account.
- Select your preferred Note Type (e.g., SOAP or DAP).
- From the Templates menu, click on “Create Template” from the dropdown list.
- Name your template (choose something short and recognizable).
- Select the sections and corresponding subsections you want included in the template.
- You can rearrange the order of your sections and subsections using the up/down arrows.
- Click on “Create Template” to confirm and save your new template.
Once your template is created, it will automatically become your primary template for future notes unless you change it.
Can I Edit or Modify an Existing Template?
No, at this time, QureNote AI does not support editing or modifying existing templates once they have been created. If you need to make changes, we recommend creating a new template with your updated sections and preferences.
