QureNote AI allows you to control how your clinical notes are generated using two key features:

• AI note format — defines the structure and layout of your notes (template-level)
• Writing voice — defines tone, phrasing, and style (account-level)

These settings help you create consistent, accurate, and personalized documentation across all encounters.

Where to find AI note format and writing voice?

Writing voice (account-wide settings)

• Go to Preferences → Notes Preferences
• Writing voice options appear at the top
• You can also access it from:
  • The Writing voice icon in the notes toolbar
  • The dedicated Writing voice page (e.g., /voice)

AI note format (template settings)

• Go to Notes Preferences
• Select a template
• Click Create or Update Template
• Locate AI note format (optional)

Help access inside the app
