INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOTES DELETION
At QureNote AI, we are committed to ensuring that your data responsible and securely handled. As part of our privacy and security practices:
- Automatic Deletion: All notes generated through our AI are automatically deleted after 30 days in respect to their creation. This process is automatic, and no action is required from your end. We do this to ensure that your information is not stored beyond what is necessary.
- Manual Deletion Request: If you prefer to delete your notes before the 30-day period, you can simply delete them by clicking on the Delete Notes option. If, for any reason, you are unable to access your account due to a subscription issue or any other reason, you may request a manual deletion at any time. To do so, please email us at support@qurenote.ai with the subject line “Notes Data Deletion Request” and include the following:
- Your full name.
- Your registered email address.
- Your phone number.
- A Title and types of the notes you wish to delete.
After verifying your identity, we will process the request and delete the specified notes, typically within 10 days.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCOUNT DELETION
Permanent Deletion of Account :-
If you wish to delete your QureNote AI account permanently, please follow these steps:
- To begin the process, you must first unsubscribe from your active subscription through your account settings. After unsubscribing, you will need to contact us at support@qurenote.ai to initiate your request for permanent account closure.
- After unsubscribing and sending your request, your account will be placed in inactive status for 45 days. During this period, your account will be suspended, but your data will still be retained.
- If your account remains inactive for the full 45 days, it will be scheduled for permanent deletion, within 4 weeks your account will be permanently deleted.
- Once deleted, all your account data, including personal information and medical notes, will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERMENANT ORGANIZATION DELETION
To permanently delete the organization, the admin can do so at any time through the organization settings.
Instructions for Deleting an Organization:
- Go to the Organization Settings.
- Locate the Delete Organization option.
- Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen prompts.
Note: Only an admin can permanently delete an organization. Ensure all necessary backups are taken before proceeding.
