What is a Passkey? 

A passkey enables secure sign-in using biometrics or hardware authentication (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or Security Key). Faster, more secure than passwords.

How to enable Passkey login? 

1. Go to Menu > Security > Enable Passkey. 
2. Follow your device prompts (fingerprint, face scan, or key). 
3. Save changes.

What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)? 

2FA adds a second security step during login (in addition to your google sign-in ). 

Methods supported: Authenticator Apps like Google Authenticator, Duo Mobile, Microsoft Authenticator. 

How to enable 2FA? 

1. Go to Menu > Security. 
2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
3. Scan the QR Code from an Authenticator App.
4. Enter the verification code to confirm. 
5. 2FA will now be required at login.

Can I disable 2FA? 

Yes, but it is not recommended. 

1. Go to Security Settings. 
2. Select Disable 2FA. 
3. Enter Authenticator Code
4. 2FA is Disabled

What if I lose access to my 2FA device? 

1. Use backup codes generated during setup. 
2. If unavailable, contact QNPACS Support for account recovery.
