What is a Passkey?
A passkey enables secure sign-in using biometrics or hardware authentication (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or Security Key). Faster, more secure than passwords.
How to enable Passkey login?
- Go to Account Settings > Security > Enable Passkey.
- Follow your device prompts (fingerprint, face scan, or key).
- Save changes.
What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
2FA adds a second security step during login (in addition to your google sign-in ).
Methods supported: Authenticator Apps.
How to enable 2FA?
- Go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication.
- Choose SMS or App-based verification.
- Enter the verification code to confirm.
- 2FA will now be required at login.
Can I disable 2FA?
Yes, but it is not recommended.
- Go to Security Settings.
- Select Disable 2FA.
- Confirm with your password.
What if I lose access to my 2FA device?
- Use backup codes generated during setup.
- If unavailable, contact PACS Support for account recovery.
