Manual Deletion of Studies & Reports 

If you wish to delete your data you may request data deletion by contacting support: 

Email: support@qurenote.ai 
Subject Line: “QNPACS Data Deletion Request” 
Include the following details: 

1. Your full name 
2. Registered email address 
3. Associated organization (if any) 
4. Patient study ID(s) or report ID(s) to be deleted 

Once your identity is verified, deletion requests will be processed within 10 business days.

Permanent Deletion of Account 

If you wish to permanently delete your QNPACS account: 

1. First, cancel your active subscription (if applicable). 
2. Submit a request to support@qurenote.ai for account deletion. 
3. Your account will enter inactive status for 60 days (suspension period). 
4. During this time, your access will be blocked, but data may be retained for compliance. 
5. After 60 days, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. 
6. Within 4 additional weeks, all associated account data — including personal details, imaging studies, reports, and notes — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Important

1. Only an admin can perform this action. 
2. Once deleted, all users lose access to shared studies, reports, and organizational data. 
3. Ensure all necessary backups are completed before deletion.
