Why am I unable to sign up or register a new PACS account?
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh.
- Complete all required fields in the registration form correctly.
- Double-check your email address for errors.
- If the email is already registered, try using a different email.

Why am I unable to sign in to a newly created account?
You may not have completed email verification.
Steps:
- Check your inbox for a verification email.
- Click the activation link.
- If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders.
- Request a new link if needed.
Also, ensure your username/password are correct. Use Forgot Password if necessary.
Why am I unable to reset my password?
Verify the email address/username you entered is correct.
Check your reset email:
- Look for it in your inbox or spam folder.
- If missing, wait a few minutes and try again.
- If the link expired, request a new one.
