Why am I unable to sign up or register a new PACS account? 

1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again. 
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh. 
3. Complete all required fields in the registration form correctly. 
4. Double-check your email address for errors. 
5. If the email is already registered, try using a different email.

Why am I unable to sign in to a newly created account? 

You may not have completed email verification. 

Steps: 

1. Check your inbox for a verification email. 
2. Click the activation link. 
3. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders. 
4. Request a new link if needed. 

Also, ensure your username/password are correct. Use Forgot Password if necessary.

Why am I unable to reset my password? 

Verify the email address/username you entered is correct. 

Check your reset email: 

1. Look for it in your inbox or spam folder. 
2. If missing, wait a few minutes and try again. 
3. If the link expired, request a new one.
