How to Create an Account?
- To create a QureNote AI account, you will need a valid email address, Google account, or Facebook account. You can choose any of these options to sign up. Please note the following guidelines:
- Each email address, Google account, or Facebook account can be used to create only one account.
- During the sign-up process, you’ll need to provide your basic details and follow the steps to complete your account creation.
- Make sure you use your primary or organizational email address for your account registration.
Note: Your email address cannot be edited or changed after the account is created, as it serves as your primary form of identification.
How do I sign up?
Manual Sign-up
- Open your browser and visit or click here at www.qurenote.com/register
- Once the registration page opens, provide the necessary details, including your full name, email or phone number, and a password for your account.
- Enter your first name & last name, fields should not Include Special Characters, only Alpha-numeric characters are allowed.
- Enter a valid email for verification.
- Enter a Valid phone number.
- The password must be at least 8 characters long, include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character (! @ # $ & ? _ *), and must not contain any spaces.
- Read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and select the checkbox to indicate your acceptance.
- Click the Sign-Up button to complete the registration process.
- A verification link will be sent to your registered email. Click the “Confirm” button in the email to finalize your account creation.
- Our account is now created, and you can start focusing on what matters most: patient care.
Google Sign-up
- Open your browser and visit or click here at www.qurenote.com/register
- Click on the Google icon to sign up for an account using your Google credentials.
- A pop-up window will appear, displaying a list of Google accounts linked to your device.
- Select the Google account you want to register with.
- You are now logged in and can start using the service. Open your browser and visit or click here at www.qurenote.com/register
- Click on the Facebook icon to sign up for an account using your Facebook credentials.
- A pop-up window will appear, displaying a list of Facebook accounts linked to your device.
- Select the Facebook account you want to register with.
- You are now logged in and can start using the service.
How to Sign-In?
- Visit www.qurenote.com in your default browser to open the web application.
- Enter your registered email address and password in the login fields, then click “Sign In” to access your account. Alternatively, you can select Google or Facebook to log in if you signed up using one of those methods.
Forgot password?
If you have forgotten your account password, follow the steps below to reset it:
- On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the password field.
- Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link.
- Click on the link, follow the instructions, and set a new password for your account.
- Once your password is reset, you can sign in using your new credentials.
